Ready for another Elk recipe? Here you go! We love tacos at our house, and for how yummy they are, they shouldn’t be as healthy as they are! Be creative and toss on whatever you like! I wish I could say I make my tortillas from scratch, but I get lazy sometimes, but I do recommend frying them on a dutchoven skillet. We butchered half of our meat into hamburger, so we used that meat here. I season it with taco seasoning and squeezed lime juiced and some minced garlic on it. When I make tacos, I love cabbage, it stays crunchy and seems to taste better. You can use some of our yummy pico from the last post or just tomatoes and onions. We also love Herdez guacamole sauce, it’s real hot, so be sparing, but dang it’s yummy. Have at it :)
